Pancake Breakfast for Poudre Fire Authority

Fundraiser pancake breakfast

09/17/2016 8:30 AM – 10:30 AM
Members of the community are invited to a fundraiser pancake breakfast at PFA’s Station 3.

Members of the public are invited to eat pancakes — for a good cause.

Poudre Fire Authority is partnering with the Fort Collins Lions Club to host a benefit pancake breakfast from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m., Sept. 17, at Station 3, 2000 Matthews St. in Fort Collins. Proceeds will go to PFA’s nonprofit Life Safety Education Fund, from which money is used to buy life-saving devices, such as smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, as well as other educational materials.

Breakfast is $5 for adults and $2 for children under 10; please bring cash, as cards will not be accepted. Meals will consist of pancakes, sausages, and coffee and juice.

Attendees will have an opportunity to learn more about PFA’s work to education the community about living as safely as possible. Through its nonprofit fund, PFA has gotten smoke and carbon monoxide alarms into the hands of thousands of people in need throughout the organization’s 235-square mile service area.

PFA is greatly appreciative of its partners at the Lions Club, which will donate club member time, as well as food and beverages for the event.
